Lips feel dry after use!

The price is super fantastic and so was the color. It is a liquid matte lipstick. But I did not fine it particularly moisturizing, actually felt like it dried my lips out. And when you add a little balm, it seems to smudge quite a bit (ex: clown lips LOL)
