If you are on a budget this setting spray is good. I like it a lot it gets the job done. I wish it had a nice scent it doesn't have one. I use it everyday. I even use it on my eye shadows.

ELF Setting Spray-Inexpensive and keeps makeup 8+ hrs

I am already on my THIRD bottle of this setting spray. I was tired of the expensive Urban Decay all-night and MAC's setting sprays so I decided to give this a go...boy am I glad, this stuff is soooo inexpensive at around $4.00 and lasts me a decent amount of time before I have to buy another. I am almost through my third bottle and this stuff is amazing, I only need to spray a little for my whole face and it keeps my makeup on for the whole day. I have gone hiking and long road trips where it is 40*C with sweating and this DOES NOT let my makeup move, even eyeliner doesn't smudge. Before this my blush was the first thing to disappear after 3-4 hours and with this I don't even need to use a puff to touch up!

Great Budget Setting Spray

Elf Makeup Mist and Set is a great budget-friendly setting spray at $4.00 a bottle. This setting spray will help hold your makeup in place for almost 8 hours and is comparable to Urban Decay's All Nighter Spray. The scent is nice and the bottle is good for travel. The only drawback to the bottle is the spray nozzle which does not allow for an even dispersal of the product. You can easily blend in the product with a beauty blender, but it defeats the purpose, in my opinion. Decant this in a better spraying bottle (Urban Decay's bottle is a great choice once it is empty) and save yourself a few bucks!
