This is hands down the best gel eyeliner I have ever used in my life, including high end ones too! It is so creamy and so easy to work with. It does not dry out like other gel eyeliners I have used. It is jet black and looks amazing. Also, it is soooo inexpensive! They also come in other colours too, which are also really nice!

This is a great cream eyeliner that is easy to use and works well to make the nice cat eye looks. It comes with a brush so you can apply the eyeliner with ease. The brush is great just like all elf brushes and the eyeliner is very smooth in texture and the formula makes it easy to apply without a mess. I like how you only need a little to make an awesome and exaggerated look. ELF products are amazing and I have not been disappointed at all with anything I get from them.
