This pen works really well, it lasts all day and is easy to apply, I've bought the black one a few times as well as the dark forest green shade. Both work just as well. If you're having problems with them drying out too fast a tip is storing them upside down, I haven't had any problems with mine drying out that way!

YOU KNOW, IT'S REALLY GOOD THE FIRST FEW TIMES, BUT IT RUNS OUT FAST. GREAT TIP, EASY TO CONTROL, BUT DOESN'T LAST TOO LONG, WHICH AIN'T GOOD.

For a dollar, I've never seen eyeliner work SO WELL!!! This is seriously the best of the best of drug store eyeliner!! They have like 9 colors on their website. The eyeliner looks just like Mac's eyeliner, so it's hard to tell the difference.

When they say waterproof, they mean it. I had to scrub like crazy to get it off my eyes after I was out sweating from dancing all night at a party.

The only caution I would have about this product is that you shouldn't push too hard on the top of the pen, it doesn't stay pointy if you do that. Oh yeah, and the cap is a smidgen tough to get back on, so make sure you get it back on...wouldn't want your eyeliner drying out on you! Other than, I can't rave enough about his product.

Plus Target carries a whole bunch of their stuff. Most everything is 5 dollars or less, and let's face it...in this economy looking great shouldn't coast an arm and a leg!

Amazing steal for just one dollar. I purchased ELF 's waterproof eyeliner pen and was amazed at how well it worked. I've spent loads of money on eyeliner before and wasn't satisfied with their result by the end of the day. This eyeliner pen however worked it's magic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE

I was excited to try this because it was so cheap. When I tried on the product it didn't work! It was as if it's been already used and the ink was hardly coming out. I was very disappointed with this eyeliner pen. I don't know if it was only mine that was a lemon but I was scared to ever try another one.

This is my favorite eyeliner so far. I really wanted to try it because it is very cheap and it is a different type of eyeliner (felt tip pen). With this I can get a thiner line than with liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, crayon eyeliner, or using eyeshadow with an eyeliner brush. This eyeliner is great for doing winged eyeliner, and it stays on very well. The only downside is that it only lasts me three to four weeks, but for the price it can't be beat. I have bought this many times and will continue to do so.
