Would not buy again

Very flakey and not buildable at all. Not great pigment and when i go over an area again after 5 seconds it pulls the previous liner off and just looks worse. It's an eyeliner where you have to get it right the first time because you cant correct your mistakes or build the opacity. Ive tried the black and dark blue and both are of the same quality. It does have a good small brush tip and drying time isnt fast.

My go to eyeliner!

I love this eyeliner and find myself reaching for it everyday. The value and price point is something that cannot be beat! It goes on great and stays on all day, even on hot summer days like now.

Mediocre Eyeliner

This is a great eyeliner for any beginner who is still testing out liquid eyeliners, or for someone who doesn't want to pay very much for a liquid eyeliner. For the low price you are getting a great liquid eyeliner that stays put and looks good. I feel like I didn't get the sharpest wing out of the tip, but that's just a small detail. The one thing I would caution people on is to make sure that they cap is actually on the product. I had two of these dry out on me because the cap ended up popping off because I didn't click it completely shut.

I have had no luck with eyeliner, but decided to try the ELF liquid eyeliner (looks like a magic marker). Wow this stuff is wonderful-stays on all day, looks great. Absolutely worth purchasing!

This eyeliner is one of the few I can use with my sensitive skin . I am not very good at makeup and don't have a lot of time and I can normally use this with no problems and it stays on nicely for me

I hated this eyeliner! It wild leak all over go into your eye, leave your eye stained black! It would just make a giant mess you have to be insanely precise and on par if you're going to apply!

I love easy it is to use the liquid eyeliner, it glides on smoothly and easily, allowing for fine or thick lines depending on what you need and it's very pigmented.

I have this eyeliner in the colour Coffee (A very pretty brown). It goes on super smoothly, but I have found I have to either use a primer before hand if I want it to go on dark enough, or I have to go over the line again once it dries. For the price though, Elf have never let me down.

I love how it looks on my eye. It applies well, and is long lasting. However, my tube keeps on spilling. Everytime I open it, a lot of the products kinda splashes, and stains my hands. I don't know if this is unique to mine, but it is a bit of a hassle.
