I have had no luck with eyeliner, but decided to try the ELF liquid eyeliner (looks like a magic marker). Wow this stuff is wonderful-stays on all day, looks great. Absolutely worth purchasing!

This eyeliner is one of the few I can use with my sensitive skin . I am not very good at makeup and don't have a lot of time and I can normally use this with no problems and it stays on nicely for me

I love easy it is to use the liquid eyeliner, it glides on smoothly and easily, allowing for fine or thick lines depending on what you need and it's very pigmented.

I have this eyeliner in the colour Coffee (A very pretty brown). It goes on super smoothly, but I have found I have to either use a primer before hand if I want it to go on dark enough, or I have to go over the line again once it dries. For the price though, Elf have never let me down.

This review is for the liquid eyeliner. I tried black.
It has a very nice fine tip with a good angle. Goes on smooth and you can thicken it easy enough for more definition.
Lasted all day without smudges.
Price: less than $3.00!!

Last all day long. Doesnt smudge. Easy to apply. I found the black pen looks much better than the brown. I use it almost daily.
