Elf recently updated their essentials line with new synthetic bristles. This brush, prior to the new synthetic bristles worked well, but was always a little scratchy. The new synthetic one works well also and I like the new one more, but doesn't pick up as much pigment - which makes blending easier, but less impact. However, for the price, I think the brush is well worth it, as it is extremely versatile and can be used so many different ways due to it's size and shape.

This is a really handy brush to have around! And it's only 1$ and you can't get any cheaper than that!

It took me so long to try these brushes, but I'm so thankful that I finally did. For $1 each or $12 for a set, these makeup brushes are the stars of my daily routine. I love the texture of this angled brush to use for my crease colour, or smoking out my lashline. Amazing!
