E.l.f eyeliner didn't stay on very long

I recently purchased this at a gr8 value thinking I was getting a bargain BUT disappointed it had worn off within a few hours. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!! I love the color coffee that I purchased, just right for my green eyes.

The e.l.f eyeliner has a thin brush and its easy to apply on yoir eyelids it is easy to creat a wing liner because of the brush. And it helps filling out sports missed in the liner. Its really easy to control the way and direction you want your wing to go.
