Stumbled upon Elf eyeliner and had to try it for the price. It's fantastic! Cost effective and works great. I will definitely be trying more of their products

The liquid eyeliner is what you pay for... cheap. It applies decent but once it dries its almost flaky and comes off easily. Only wore it out once and won't be using it again.

This is the absolute best eyeliner I have ever used!! Doesn't irritate my eyes at all. Is vegan friendly and not tested on animals. It lasts very long too! I can wear it all day without it making my eyes itchy. I would definitely recommend it.

I love ELF's gel eyeliner. It is amazing and the little brush it comes with is perfect! It is well priced and the best eyeliner I've ever used! Also very water proof
