This is a great product for a great price

I would definitely be buying this eyeliner again. Its goes on smooth and bold, stays without any running or smearing. Also waterproof which is great! It's going to be my go to from now on.

Smooth Application

Great product with an amazing price! Applies smoothly and doesn’t leave you smudged by the end of the day. This pencil comes with an attached sharper on the cap.

Not so great

Price is great as with al, elf products but the pencil was awful. Maybe I could use as Halloween makeup, and draw with on someone's face, but doesn't apply on my eyes that well

This eyeliner helped me perfect the cat eye and the 'winged' tip when I was first experimenting.
I like that one end is really fine, for precise precision, and the other end is round and easy to use to create a smokey top liner effect. You get a fair amount of both pencils, they are creamy and soft when applied and for the price you can't go wrong!

I bought my elf eyeliner and it went on very well and stayed on all day and very easy to take off and very affordable to purchase. Also comes with a sharpener which is very great.

It gives a nice clean line the tip is thinner which i really like it glides easily giving a evry good wing although the tip does seem to dry out a bit but after i dip it in water than it works fine

This eyeliner comes off within an hour. If you touch it, it will come off like in 1 second. I used this for a couple of months and nothing happened to me. However, my sister would get a swallon eye/pimple on her eyelid, whenever she put it on. So after that I havent used it. It is cheap, and has a great tip to apply eyeliner. I wouldnt pay more than $3 for this.

I purchased the opal and white set and I love it. Not only is the price amazing. The quality is fabulous on this product. I have really sensitive eyes and this did not bother MeV at all. The quality was amazing. The product just glides on. I love it and it was so easy to use to create a complete look.

The tip of the eyeliner brush is great. It is like a mini paint brush which allows you to draw a winged eyeliner flawlessly! Amazing low prices for good quality makeup! I will not return to buying 10 $ worth of eyeliner!! This brand exceeded my expectations with their prices.
