This little pot of powder is so under rated, it is the best product to set your under eye makeup for a $3-5 price range, I bought it from target last year and have been loving it since. All I do is dip my ring finger I to the pot, probably not to hygienic but its just for personal use, I used to use a brush but have gotten lazy . And dab it along the under eye area. And it lasts all day, usually without it, my co dealer will melt a bit marking me not look.so great but this powder keeps it in place. Such a bargain for a great product, its gonna have a permanent spot in my makeup bag.
