Interesting texture

This cleanser is interesting as it almost has a greasy, vaseline-like consistency, but doesn't feel that way once you put it on your skin and add a bit of water. It turns into a nicely lathering cleanser that doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped of its oils, it just feels clean.

Not a bad cleanser for removing make-up

As with all Elf products, this one is a pretty good, great price at $10CDN. It is a thick jelly like texture, a little bit goes a long way and it does a pretty decent job at removing make-up if your a fan of the double cleanse. I would't say it's the best one I've tried, I think there's better ones out there but for an affordable option this one is pretty good and you get a good amount in the jar so it should last awhile. I would consider re-purchasing this again.

Works like a lighter version of an oil

I have been using various cleansing oils for a few years now with great success but wanted to try a balm this winter. I have dry skin and like something moisturizing even before I put on my skin care. This gel is less greasy than you would imagine because it water based but it still has a nice oily feel - which I really like. Mixed with a little water, it emulsifies easily and becomes more like a regular cream cleanser. It removes makeup, even waterproof, very easily and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and clean.

Best dupe for the OleHenriksen 3-in-1 melting cleanser!

I was so happy to find this. It really is a dupe for the Ole Henriksen gel cleanser, which I do adore, but frankly is too pricey for something that is sitting on your skin for less than a minute, only to be washed off. This product works the exact same way, going on as a gel, melting into an oil, and the turning into a non-greasy milk when you apply water. And, only a fraction of the price of it's Sephora counterpart!
