A bargain!
Works wonderfully on my dry skin, and it was only five bucks at the drug store! This line is so affordable and I haven't found any dud products yet. 10/10!
Love it so much
This prime works awesome on my dry skin it makes it feel so smooth like a babies bottom and it works good with all the foundations I use it’s one of my go twos when my face is supper dry
Minimizes fine lines!
I always seem to have issues with concealer sinking into the creases under my eyes and enhancing them and making theming them look worse than they really are. That is when I decided I should look into an under eye primer. I purchased Elf Hydrating Under Eye Primer. It comes in a nice sleek, black pump style tube. The first time I used this product I made the mistake of using a full pump. Now I know a half a pump does the job. It seems to have the perfect consistency. I usually just pay it in gently until it its well absorbed, waita few minutes and then apply my concealer. I find since I have been using this under eye primer my concealer my concealer appears less fairy and although it does not completely eliminate the fine lines it does minimize them. I purchased it for 3.97$ at Walmart. Since it is extremely affordable this will be a permanent product in my makeup bag untill I find something better.
I bought this primer by mistake, I meant to buy the eye liner, which is packaged almost the same and they were side by side on the display rack. Anyway, my money was not wasted, this is a pretty good under eye product.
I like the tiny sleek tube and the pump allows me to control how much product I need, which is only a tiny amount. I apply it using my ring fingers and rub ever so lightly in circular motion under each eye. I didn't find that it permanently reduced the fine lines, but I did find that it minimized the look of them with concealer. I always used an eye moisturizer and then I apply this primer, the key to this is to let it dry.. let it sit for a least 5 minutes before you apply your makeup.
This primer is very rich and semi thick, I have actually found that this is perfect to use at night as an under eye serum as its packed full of excellent ingredients and is really moisturizing. I recommend this as a primer, but most importantly as a moisturizer, which is what I am using it for right now!
I recently purchased Elf hydrating Undereye primer to help with the fine lines under my eyes. I find it does an okay job, but I skin still see some of the lines after applying make up. It is very reasonably priced however.
