Not bad at all

I think this product is effective at preparing your lips for gloss, lipstick, etc. It helps exfoliate and rid the dry skin, etc on your lips. It is a little more rough, but does work. The smell is not overpowering, it is nice actually.
I did receive this as a #freeproduct but that does not change my opinion.

My lips are very chappy at this time of year and even though I moisturize them constantly, they don’t always feel soft. I bought this lip exfoliator by e.l.f. (in “Mint Maniac”) and so far so good! I thought the mint taste and feel would be bigger but it’s very subtle. When you open the tube, it looks so soft, like a moisturizing lipstick instead of a scrub! I was a bit startle by that at first! But when you apply it, you can feel the little grain on your lips. It exfoliates your lips very gently so that’s nice. Like I said, I’ve just barely started using it, but it feels good. I applied it and rubbed it twice
before putting on some moisturizing balm on top and my lips feel new. For the price, it’s a very safe option to give a new life to your lips !

LIP EXFOLIATOR YASSSSS!

These lippies are better than all of the far more expensive exfoliators I have used...add to that they are dirt cheap and the taste is surprisingly delightful! mmmm mint

Awesome lip exfoliator

If you haven’t tried the elf lip exfoliator yet you definitely have to. Not only does this effectively exfoliate your lips but it smells good and it also tastes good (sweet) if you accidentally get some in your mouth. This is also very reasonable in terms of price it was around four bucks at my local Rexall and it’s got really sleek packaging for an exfoliator. My lips always feel brand new after I use this I highly recommend everyone picking one up.
