Good for a natural plump

Revived as a gift , don’t usually use lip plumpers but I like this one , gives natural plump lips, the prime part is good aswell , , will recommend 9/10

I got this product for meself. I love the fact that it's a 2 in 1, so space saving. I exfoliate my lips and apply the plumper, it does burn and sting a bit but settles after a bit. The plumper has a nice cinnamon smell. The primer works although I dont use it as much as the plumper.

Plump that pout!

I love this Lip Prime and Plump by Elf Cosmetics. Its a double sided lip stick with a nude end and a gloss. It gives a light tingling sensation think "cinnamon hearts" and a nice look thats subtle. The primer is great for lipsticks and doesn't crease or dry out! Great product for the cost

I love the plumper. It smells and tastes like cinnamon. It tingles a little bit but not to the point of discomfort....pumps out lip wrinkles creating a smooth canvas for your lip color, if you decide to put some. Most of the time I just use it without any color. I don't really use the primer, cause it's basically just like putting foundation or concealer on your lips. I don't like that, but I am sure some people could find it useful.

I would definitely buy it again, but just for the plumper!

The Plumper works!

I really loved the plumper side of this. I haven't really used the primer side. I wish they would make it just with the plumper and add extra. I really like that it has a cinnamon scent too. Overall a wonderful deal at a very low price. I'll definitely repurchase and tell my friends.

Elf lip primer - love elf lip plumper - moisturizers

I use this product on a daily basis it costs 2$ and makes my lips super soft and smooth and helps keep my lipstick in tack much longer. I really with the plumper actually did something other then make my lips tingle and moisturize though. But for 2$ the primer is worth it

Love the colour primer and the way it makes the colour come out afterwords the plumper has a cinnamon hearts smell and taste it actually works I can feel my lips swelling out a bit it’s not huge difference but it’s noticible anyways great I got addicted to it I’ve gotten already 5 of them .
