beautiful wash of colour

i adore these lipsticks, i currently have only one shade which is Nude Rose. a stunning pinky nude. i love the formula, very comfortable, easy to use and wears nicely throughout the day. love how it looks on the lips, nice wash of colour. hopefully elf comes out with more shades

Nice for a wash of colour

I wasn't sure about these when I ordered them, but it was one of the big ELF sales, so they were only half price. I'm glad I did order them, they are great for every day or no-makeup look.

I got Deep Dahlia and Praline, so a deep burgundy and a nude shade. Both apply nicely and aren't drying. I was surprised with the darker shade, often they look patchy or streaky if they aren't pigmented enough, but it applies evenly and looks great (it can take a little playing around, but it's not hard to get an even coat).

My only complaint is that they don't seem to last as long as my other liquid lips, but it's not that big of a deal. At least with the sheer aspect, you don't get the ring of worn off lipstick - well, you do, but it's less noticeable, even with the darker shades.

i love the new sheer matte liquid lipsticks from elf. they are so comfortable to wear but stay for long hours as they are matte. love the new formula it doesn't cake up.
