Those are liquids highlighters, I use them in my foundation or alone and it is really pigmented, buildable, and pretty. I've got the shades of four (I think) : spotlight, golden peach and pink lemomade.
The packaging says: "Illuminates for a dewy finish without leaving a sticky or greasy feel"
The only reason why they loose a star is because it kinda stay sticky. Usually I putpowder highlighter on top for an extra glow so it' okay.
