Amazing! I received this in an ELF play beautifully box and I fell in love with first use! You use it before applying mascara and it makes my eye lashes look longer and fuller. I am constantly getting compliments all the time.

I've been looking for a similar product for quite some time. The price is right and it works great. Just apply a few think coats on your already curled lashes building up the white particles to make it appear longer. Let dry then apply your favorite mascara! Love this!
