Actually makes it worse

I experimented with this repeatedly and nothing worked. It's so wet and sheer that it makes my undereyes shiney, and wipes away any foundation or concealer, and draws attention to my dark circles. The concealer end is also way too dark for my ivory skin.

Meh!

Loved the Highlighter for on brow bone. Even great for a face highlighter. The under eye concealer was ok. It has a medium coverage and I had to use a lot to get that coverage. I don't think I will buy again for the concealer but would for the highlighter.
