Surprisingly very moisturizing

Another surprising product from elf, when I looked at this I wasn't expecting much but this water balm is surprisingly hydrating, it has a balm texture when you take it out of the container but as soon as it touches your face it literally melts into water and a little goes a long way. It sinks into the skin really nicely, isn't greasy feeling and has an ok scent about it. I would absolutely consider buying this again, might make a really great moisturizer for the summer due to it's lightweight texture.
