This is a staple item in my makeup bag. The 8 hour products by Arden are great, always a little on the pricey side...but quality and do what they claim.

I like using this as my lips take a beating from the harsh winter weather. It moisturizes and protects.

If you suffer from dry or chapped lips, or just like the feeling of having smooth moistened lips, this is the product for you. I used to apply "conventional lipbalms" about once every hour or two. With this product, you really only have to apply it once, or maybe twice a day and your lips feel great! Plus it has the extra bonus of SPF 15! I am so happy this product was given to me to try by my sister-in-law.

I have cronic dry chapped lips, and whenever i wear anything on my lips my lips either get dry and chapped or my lips starts to peel. So when i was told about the 8hr skin protectant line, boy was i skeptal about how well it would work ( i have tried everything under the sun). The balm actually keeped my lips hydrated and didnt cause my lips to peel even more like some other ones did. I also like that it also comes in clear and 4 other colours. In the tube the colours look pretty pigmented, but their not . They give a nice sheer wash of colour.( i love the colour plum, wearing it, got me actually wearing colour on my lips, which i normally only wear natural lip colour) Plus you got to love the fact that it has spf 15 in the balm.

I just bought this product a couple of weeks ago and I have to tell you, I just don't think you can find anything better for your lips to use everyday. The Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protectant stick just makes my previously cracked and bleeding lips like new. I LOVE this stuff and will never be without it again. I bought two of them. One is plain and the other has a pink tint to it. I may never wear regular lipstick again. This wonderful little lipstick like stick comes in a lipstick container that you can swivel up and down, so it goes on easily and it has an SPF of 15. So, now my lips won't get sunburned either. I just can't say enough about this little lip gloss/balm/stick. It does it all
