I received this item in an Ipsy Glam Bag. Very easy to apply, I like the brush, it's not too stiff and also very thin so you can build up your liner to the thickness you want. It's a glittery liner which I'm not a huge fan of, I've kind of grown out of glitter in my makeup.

This liquid eye liner works really good. Goes on well and it's very pigmented. The brush it's really good to work with to create cat eye look or just a fine line.
