I bought these to help battle a nasty cold.. The taste is horrible, but I do think they are good for your body. I just plugged my nose, and chugged them down.. The aftertaste made me gag, ew!

I really like Emergen-C Vitamin Drink mix. I agree with some of the other reviewers about the taste of some of them but overall I find that the product does what it is supposed to do and therefore I will continue to use it. A friend of mine suggested using it after hot yoga as well because I used to get headaches after hot yoga. I find that Emergen-C Vitamin drink mix was good for this as well and helped me no longer get headaches post hot yoga. I am not sure why this works for this but it does. Overall I find this product effective and I would recommend it to friends.

First, I've gotta rant about the price. In the States these are like a third of the canadian price!

I love this stuff, by far my fave way of getting my vit C! I drink one of these each day during the winter, and whenever I feel a cold coming I take 3-4 for a day in combination with oregano oil, probiotics, and garlic and BAM! I'm back to normal within hours.

I tried these little packets and I was immediately turned off by the taste. I tried many flavors too but just couldn't stomach it. I prefer swallowing a daily vitamin c tablet than drinking this gross mix. Don't studies show anyway that your body can only absorb 500 mg of vit c at a time? 1000 mg just seems excessive to me. I recommend this to people who cannot swallow pills and need another way to get their daily dose of vit C!

I used to work for Choices an Organic Grocery Store and they were always sampling Emergen-C so this is how I first tried it.My favorite is Pink Lemonade.I drink it mixed in Cold Water in the summer and as a hot drink with water in the winter months.Ive tried them all and they are all good with the exception of the Sugar Free one Lemon/Lime that one is really awful tasting.I will stick with the Pink Lemonade!I like having it in the morning its a great energy boost. It has 1000 mg of Vitamin C which is great and other good Vitamins and minerals.I was really interested when noticing that the Pink Lemonade has Monk Fruit in it!This fruit in traditional forms is really good for Respiratory aliments and coughs so I often used it in a hot water base in the winter when I was sick wayyy better then Neo Citeran and better for you.Its also great for travel there so small and convenient the packs just throw it in a water bottle and your on your way!

These are great little packets that really do help me maintain my health. I went to their company website some months ago and tried to get a coupon which was advertised. I had problems with it, so emailed the company. They apologized, told me a lot of Canadians were having problems redeeming their coupons even when they did get them, and offered to send me 5 samples of my favorite flavors. Really? Hell yes!

I got them a couple of weeks later, stuffed in an envelope. My favorite flavor is pink lemonade. Yum yum yummy. Drinking these with my multivitamins gives me an extra boost of energy whenever I need it. This is also the only way I can get my husband to take vitamin C. His country sells Redoxan tablets, which are basically the same thing in a solid form form, but somewhat lower in quality. So this is something that is familiar to him.

The other thing I really love about these products, and there is an entire line of them, is the different flavors - which are AFAIK natural - and the fact that I can take them with me in my bag without the fear of them opening up and making a mess. I usually carry a couple with me where ever I go. If I feel the need, I just buy a bottle of water or take my stainless steel bottle from home already filled, and dump one of these puppies in. DON'T SHAKE! It could explode in your face when you open it up. Has happened to me! hahaha Better than buying one of those ridiculous 'vitamin waters' or some other crappy energy drink. Of which many are loaded with sugar, sucralose, caffeine, etc. They also come in different varieties, such as Joint Health, Immune Boost (?) and several others.

They're a bit pricey when you look at them on the shelf. BUT if you figure the cost per packet out, it really isn't. Less than a coke would cost you at McDonald's. And good for you. A box lasts a while, they're no more expensive than vitamin C tablets of decent quality, they have many other minerals mixed in with the vitamin C (something plain old vitamin C tablets DON'T have), the vitamin c being in a liquid form means your body absorbs it more easily and very quickly, and there are no tablets or capsules involved. You can also safely give it to kids, although you might want to split a package up into a couple of portions, because of the fact that there's 1000mg in each package.

    Definitely worth it.

Great tasting and convenient, 1000mg of vitamin C in a small foil pouch. Just add water (or juice for a special treat) and you are on your way to winning the battle against colds and flus this season.

Emergen-C is a great way to get a quick energy boost. The main ingredient is Vitamin C, along with a number of minerals & B vitamins. I use it to replenish electrolytes when I've been physically active, or to strengthen my immune system when I'm feeling under the weather.

It's a fizzy drink. Pour the packet in a glass of water, & it makes bubbles. It is a little tart, & the taste can take getting used to at first. It's available in a number of citrus flavours, & other varieties like Acai Berry. I've recently discovered Tropical, which I quite like. Drinking this every day could get a bit pricey, but I often find it on sale in local stores or on-line.

They have a new product, Emergen-C BLUE, which I haven't tried yet. Part of the proceeds from sales of BLUE benefit the Surfrider Foundation, a great group working on cleaning up & protecting the ocean & drinking water.
