Take one packet first thing in the morning to easily increase the amount of vitamin C into your day. Packets are small and easy to fit into pockets for travel. Taste is okay, but you get used to the flavour and become a bit addicted to it. Instant energy! Make sure to drink lots of water as vitamin C is dehydrating.
Vitamin C and an Energy Boost
My sister gave me some packs of this one day when I was complaining of feeling draggy. This really does give you a nice little boost but doesn't give you jitters like caffeine does. I keep some at my desk for those post-lunch slumps.
Great for keeping colds at bay
I absolutely love using Vitamin C powders when I am travelling and during the winter months to keep colds at bay. I also use the Emergen-C brand, but decided to try this as it was on sale.
The peach mango is my favourite flavour that I have tried so far and I will definitely be buying more of it. Instead of adding 8 oz of water, I only add 2 oz and swirl the powder and water around for a minute or so to dissolve the powder before taking it like a shot. This is really helpful if you don't like the taste of the powders.
