This bread must been part of the first generation of gluten free food stuff that manufacturers had thought, 'This smells and tastes awful, but people with allergies will be so desperate for food that they will eat this.'

The vacuum packaging keeps it fresh during transport from the States, and the aroma away from potential customers. It is very dense. It tastes like it smells like it tastes - sweaty feet. If it is toasted, it is almost edible. If it is smothered in peanut butter (even the edges of the crust), it is fine.

Expensive and terrible. Who is still buying this???
