i did not like this at all. it is not a meal supplement like it says. 30 mintues after i had one i was still hungry. it doesnt really taste good either.

I really don't like the taste of these but I usually add Vanilla Ice Cream to the Vanilla flavor. It tastes much better that way.

its great in the morning for school or work . its gives you energy ,

I really like these when not feeling well. They are filling and taste yummy. I bought the no name ones recently and they were gross....very lumpy and just not nice. Also, Ensure sends out some great coupons... Found them on sale for 7.99 and had coupon for $3.00 off :)

I dont like it at all. The texture is gritty and the taste is unpleasant. The no name brands are cheaper and taste way better.

I would recommend it. It doesn't taste very well for the Vanilla and the chocolate flavour but it is a quick and easy way to get all the required nutrients. I got this for my dad and grandmother. I would still recommend it but they should improve the taste.

Well.. Not a huge fan of the taste, but it does come in quite convienient when you're ill. Easy way of getting nutrients, and keeping a healthy lifestyle. They have a lot of great coupons out there though!

When I was sick, this is all I was living on and ensure made it delicious! It provides all the vitamins and nutrients you need everyday and comes in delicious flavors like Vanilla (my favorite), Chocolate, and Strawberry.

Love ensure, the chocolate tastes really good my daughter is a very picky eater I've tried pediasure but she wanted nothing to do with it so I tried ensure she loves the flavour and I love that she's getting nutrients she doesn't from food. My husband also suffers from Crohens disease and we trust ensure to supply him with all the nutrients and calories his body needs to recover. The price can be a little pricey however if you join the ensure club they will send you cheques and if you wait til they're on sale it's not too bad. Once they receive confirmation that you have cashed their cheque they will send you more.

ive had the ensure and it is not like a meal supplement i was still very hungry afterwards but it does taste good so its best as a drink
