Great product for those on a run days. Will fill you up and give you nutrition when you dont have time for an actual meal.

I use Ensure to supplement my diet when I'm running out of the house to work and don't have time to make breakfast. It's also the go-to nutritional supplement we give to the residents at the nursing home where I work to help boost their nutritional status. Tastes much better than other brands of nutritional supplement drinks (except the chocolate flavour - bit of a powdery taste).

Great product if you have a long trip with a diabetic. These drinks are a good meal supplement and they taste pretty good.

I love ensure. I tend to get the chocolate one, which is very creamy with a pretty good chocolate taste. It doesn't have any grainy aftertaste or effect. It works really well as a meal replacement and it goes very nicely with a piece of fruit too. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little help with getting nutrients or who doesn't have time to have a good meal in the day.

We have used it a few times for my kids. It is good when they are fighting taking pills. Ensure gives them quick easily absorbed vitamins without the worry of swallowing some pill they are not ready for and the taste is easy to swallow.

Ensure is a great product and is also a meal replacement. I bought the strawberry with extra protein for my Grandfather when he was going through chemotherapy treatments. He loved them. I would buy 2 boxes per week for him. The chemo drained him, but the Ensure helped him get some of his strength back.

Ensure comes in a few different types for different needs. There's SCFOS, which is a probiotic. There's the original, which is just the essential nutrients and nothing extra. There's also plus calories, plus protein and apparently a few others listed on their website but that I haven't seen in stores. Flavour wise, they come in chocolate, vanilla, butter pecan, coffee latte (I don't see this regularly, just once or twice at Walmart) and strawberry.

I've tried the SCFOS, Original and the high protein, and they all taste the same. So when it comes to the different categories, you don't have to worry about sacrificing taste. I do find though that they all have quite a bit of sugar, but they also have a lot of nutrients in them. I actually really like the chocolate flavour. With the vanilla I find I get a bad after taste and it just doesn't taste right, like there's something off about it. But chocolate is close to drinking chocolate milk, so you can't get much better than that.

One thing for sure, these are expensive and I recommend waiting until they're on sale and stocking up. You can go to the Ensure website to get coupons and when you use those coupons during sales (the cheapest I've seen them go for is $7) you can get them for about $3 for a pack of 6 which is really good. Otherwise they're normally about $13 or so.

I find the taste to be not too bad on this product! After a few of them you get used to it...I like to think I am drinking a delicious milk shake! Hahaha. But really this product does its job and fills you up.

This product does what it is meant to do, keepst the pounds on, or puts them on -if you can get it down. It is sure not very tasty though!
