I love Ensure! I drink one everyday as my doctor recommended it to me when I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease 6 years ago. It has really helped me to gain and maintain weight while giving me energy to get through the day. It also helps me to get my calories up when I don't feel like eating. The chocolate is my favourite flavour. I find a pack of 6 to be a bit pricey so I buy in bulk when they go on sale. I've tried other meal replacements but nothing tastes as good as Ensure for me. This my favourite meal replacement by far!

I would highly recommend this product. I used to buy these for my son who at the time was in high school. He wouldn't eat breakfast in the morning so I'd send him on his way with a bottle of Ensure. I knew he was getting all the nutrition he needed in a meal. He loved them!

My mother always wanted us to have a complete nutrition and this was the perfect addition for that purpose.
She used to buy us (me and my brothers) packs of ensure cans of different flavors when we were little. I was always hyped when she told me she had a box for me lol!

My favorite flavor is pecan, followed by vanilla and strawberry in 3rd place.

If you dont like taking vitamins or if you skip meals try it.
It is lactose free. Similar versions for diabetic and pediatric exist.
Heck, even doctors recommend this when you can't eat!
It goes on sale frequently.

Just a small warning however, this drink is thick and sweet not excessively but very sweet nonetheless.

Love the new Pecan flavour. I like to use it in smoothies and made pancakes with it as well. They were great. Gives a great boost to the day. Love that there is a large selection to choose from.

Working as a nurse I don't always have time for a meal when it's super busy. These taste good(when chilled) and are packed with vitamins and nutrients. My patients don't always eat a meal and these drinks give them what they need, especially if they have any wounds that need healing they need to have the proper nutrition (especially zinc and protein). Highly recommend them.

I love ensure! I use it as a breakfast replacement when I'm busy and on the go! I keep it in the refrigerator as it tastes best cold I find! Love all the flavours as well

I drank these when I was in pain and recovering from a bad wisdom tooth extraction. I couldn't eat anything solid for weeks but really needed to find a way to get protein, vitamins etc. These Ensure drinks were perfect and I had a few flavours so I could change it up but it really did fill up my stomach!

As a PSW, my elderly clients dont always wish to eat large meals. When i suggest that they have an Ensure, they can firmly agree! I even enjoy having these. Packed with vitamins and minerals, the Ensure drink is bound to get your body going for the day! There are many flavours avaliable as well.

I have tried the chocolate after surgery and it was a good flavour and was a nice amount. It gave me some energy which was needed as I wasn't eating very well at the time.

I like these protein shakes they taste good and come in a variety of different flavors. They are healthy and nutrious, they are good if you need a quick boost of protein.
