Before my feeding tube I used to live on these. The Vanilla when really cold is delicious. I found the Chocolate to be chalky. I also used to use it on oatmeal instead of milk when I was pregnant. They are a great nutritional boost for people looking for a balanced meal replacement. They are a good option for people with digestive problems or needing a bit extra. They can be quite expensive but programs and coupons are easily available. Be sure to check into them if you want a better price.

In theory it is a good product and you can often find it on sale. But my family member who needs to drink things like this can't stand the taste. Gags every time he takes a sip. It is convenient though and provides the protien that he needs.

My hubby carrys it when he goes out biking .He tends to get low low blood sugar, so Ensure is perfect .I look for sales .If you write the company they should send you coupons.It is great that there are various flavours .

I only buy these on sale, because where I live they cost $12 - $15 depending on where you purchase them. Sadly, there are never any coupons available for them. But if you contact Ensure's Canadian website (Make sure it's the Canadian one and not the American one!!) they will send you a $2 manufacturer "cheque" which you can use to lower the cost of your purchase.

I will only buy the "original" kind in the Vanilla flavor. They have plenty of flavors, so you're bound to find one you like. There's Chocolate, Strawberry, Pecan, Orange and Vanilla (as of the time I'm writing this). But the vanilla one is the simplest one and I like it for that reason, there's no artificial flavoring added to it.

The consistency is like a milkshake, with sprinkles in it or something of that sort. They are not smooth, but don't have much of a "powdery" feeling to them either. It's really hard to describe. They are by no means offensive to the taste or anything.

I use them because I am vegetarian and need the extra boost, but the "extra protien" ones are very thick and taste gross. Sort of like slightly flavored cardboard.

Ensure is best for those who need more energy and want to put on some weight.i tried and it helps,I gained 4 kg in 3 weeks.and it was impossible for me to put on any body weight.

Very good for a meal or snack on the run and with the ensure club you can cut the cost down a bit

This is a great product if someone is unable to eat nd a fast way to get something into the body. It tastes a lot better than Boost. It is not that thick at all.

I really don't like the taste of these but I usually add Vanilla Ice Cream to the Vanilla flavor. It tastes much better that way.

I really like these when not feeling well. They are filling and taste yummy. I bought the no name ones recently and they were gross....very lumpy and just not nice. Also, Ensure sends out some great coupons... Found them on sale for 7.99 and had coupon for $3.00 off :)
