This product might work if it didn't taste absolutely awful. I was actually losing more weight while drinking them because I couldn't drink them without throwing up. They all taste very chalky and awful.

I find the price for these are ridiculous. I drink one and I don't feel satisfied at all. I always reach for a second one. You are better off doing some research on real foods that can give you what you need in a day. It'll work best to your advantage and you won't waste your money once and unsatisfying drink.
