J'ai eu une période où manger le matin me donnait la nausée. J'ai entendu parlé de Ensure qui pouvait être un bon substitut de repas... J'ai trouvé assez difficile de boire une bouteille. Il est trop sucré (j'ai pris vanille régulier), froid il se boit mieux. À chaque gorgée c'est la grimace! Personnellement, j'ai pas aimé dû à son goût trop sucré.

I tried these as a nutritious meal replacement because some times I just can't find the time to eat or don't have much of an appetite. I found these taste absolutely disgusting and would never drink another one.

This has its place as a meal and nutrient replacement for those who are busy or cannot consume anything but liquids. The taste seemed okay at first, but over time, the chalkiness and chemical flavour eventually becomes very grating. It can be extremely sweet and artificially tasting. To consume a whole bottle of this was trying. Having a box of this was just too much. It worked to keep the weight on, but this was not the best.

The taste has improved over the years but Ensure is just not tasty like you would want a beverage to be. No matter the flavor or formula Ensure tastes like something you have to drink verses something one might want to drink.

Not the best tasting. I only really like the chocolate flavoured. Also the price you pay is rediculous

I have mixed opinions on these. a) very high in sugars/ carbohydrate content even in diabetic format. Which as a diabetic and one watching carbohydrates makes this a product not the first choice in purchasing. For seniors I have purchased this in the past and the biggest complaint i get is that it is far too filling and they can't finish it or it will be hours until they are willing to try and eat anything solid. I work in long term care and we have supplements which require only 1/4 of the amount in the bottle to equal a full meal thusly not filling them to the point that they refuse to eat anything or that they cannot finish it to get the nutritional value from it fully. And for many seniors the cost of these drinks on limited budgets is very high and thusly limiting the frequency they purchase them or use them...many only drinking part of one anyway as they are too costly to their budgets to use as they properly should.

ive only tried this a few times but my mo drinks it. Great substitute for meal replacement or a nice morning drink on the way to work for a quick snack.

Ensure is a nutrition on the go, different varieties for different needs ie high protein, FOS, Regular, and one other type, it has chocolate, vanilla, berry, strawberry and butter pecans flavours. It used to be packaged in metal cans, now it is in bottles comes in a six pack, go to ensure club by Abbott to get coupons.

I have Crohn's Disease and have been on liquid diets to try and minimize damage and symptoms several times. The first time I had to go on one, I purchased a case of Ensure to try and make sure that I was getting what I needed nutrition wise. I really disliked the flavour and texture, At this point, I prefer so many of the others on the market, and they often are even cheaper. Plus, the ingredients are a lot of oils and ickiness.

I haven't used these before but I do have a friend that uses them all the time and she says their amazing.
