I love Ensure. As a busy mom on the go, I often don't have time to sit down and feed myself. I can drink this while I'm in the car or out with the kids, get the nutrition I need and feel semi-full! I love the vanilla and chocolate, the strawberry is too artificial.

I love Ensure! With my busy work schedule, I am not always able to eat a meal at a decent time. Ensure helps me conquer my hunger until I am able to sit down and eat a healthy meal. I have been a loyal fan of the company for many years and I am thrilled that it has remained Gluten Free. As someone with Celiac, Ensure helps me maintain proper health with the added vitamins and nutrients. I would definitely recommend this product! The only negative is the price which now runs anywhere from $11-$13 depending on where you buy it. Good news is that when Ensure is on sale, it's almost always on for a great price.

This is a great energy boost without stuff like cafinene. I used to drink one of these before every one of my basketball games and it keep me feeling strong. Great taste, i recommend the chocolate because it tastes like chocolate milk.

As a mom of three children and working as well I find that I enjoy this product for my breakfast on the go. It is well priced compared to other products and one case (6) lasts me just under a week as I only drink one a day. I find the taste of the vanilla took a bit of time to get used to but as for the chocolate I liked right away. My suggestion is to buy and put in fridge to drink cold, they tend to taste just that much better, even though they are not bad at room tempature.

I was trying to find a healthy alternative to skipping breakfast. I'm always on the go and often find myself getting to work with an empty belly. I bought myself the vanilla and chocolate flavours of ensure and they are quite tasty. The chocolate is really thick and can be a bit too much in the morning. Also I find it hard to get the lactose free kind. It's not the best supplement for weight loss but it can definitely be used as a healthy alternative to skipping meals.

I got the vanilla flavoured one, and I find the taste a bit too strong, almost raw, perhaps? But after drinking one each morning, I sort of got used to the taste and enjoyed it. It was definitely convenient, as you can just take it out of the fridge and you're on your way out, which is good for people with tight schedules and is alway over- booked. I felt as if I was getting my nutrients and energy, even if I missed a meal because I was busy. In fact, whenever I'm late for work, I just take grab one from the fridge and go. Easy, and delicious.
