I was lucky enough to receive a copy of “Princess Ruby’s Make-Up Ballet Class” By Deborah Bradley for review. This book is about a little girl who is a princess names Ruby who has to miss her ballet class because when her carriage breaks down and has to take a makeup class. Princess Ruby was scared to go to the makeup class because it would have different kids, a different teacher, and could be harder. She bravely went anyway. She participated and did well even though the class was different from what she was accustomed too. Her mom the queen was very proud of Princess Ruby for being so brave and going to the ballet makeup class even though she was scared.

This book is directed at girls ages 7 – 10 years of age. It is a book that teaches kids to overcome fear and be brave in a funny cute story!

Would I recommend this book? Yes because my kids loved the book “Princess Ruby’s Make-Up Ballet Class”. The illustrations were a hit and my daughter loves princesses and ballet. My daughter asked me after I read her this book if I thought she was brave. I said yes!
