This ain't it

I have a love/hate relationship with EOS lip balms. They're hella cute, with adorable packaging and nice scents, plus effective marketing-- but my praise stops there. The product itself is NOT WORTH IT.
1) It's a thin consistency that doesn't actually feel moisturizing
2) The more you use it, the dryer your lips get (you constantly have to re-apply)
3) It sometimes leaves my lips swollen (this is especially weird because I almost NEVER get affected by products badly)
4) The balm gets dry 3 months in
5) This is a personal preference, but the Honeysuckle, in particular, smells awful to me! It's a mix of floral and honey, which sounds great but is actually so . . . sour!

Thought this would work on my lips and as soon as I applied it to my lips it started to burn them. Made my lips sore and dried them out. Cute container they come in but not a great product.

I have a large collection of these as I think they are super cute. But recently I have noticing that when I apply this balm to my lips it doesn't feel like it does anything for my lips other than make them more dry and irritated. Overall I don't think I will be buying anymore

Extremely waxy. I feel like it actually dries out my lips more than it does actually help them. I need to reapply every 20-30 mins and even after continuous use- I don't feel like it helps as much as a few of their competitors.

This product smells like a chemical honeydew and it is so waxy on the lips, not at all hydrating. Plus, it is quite bulky to have in your purse and it gets gunky.

I loved this lip balm at first until I realized tint was full of mold. It also gave me blisters on my lips and it made my lips burn. I will never buy this again.

I tried the Strawberry Sorbet flavor first, and decided to give Honeydew a shot next. I was able to find these at the Dollar Store for $2, so why not? The expiry date wasn't for another year. However, the scent smelled funky. My husband smelled it as well, and we both thought that it smelled like crayons! I did try it out, and it is moisturising and lasts all night, but the scent is such a turn off, and it gave me the feeling that it had gone bad already. So, off the trash it went. Not sure if I would rebuy this one again.

I like the shape of this lip balm, but for me i found i had to apply more often as my lips were getting dry using this product for me i will not purchase again.

I will be the first to say that these little spheres are HIGHLY overrated. The edges build up with dirty product so easily, they lose their shape, and while they -usually- smell pretty good, they have had absolutely no effect on my lips - plus the price is a little stupid.

I am glad that I am not the only one who does not like these. First, they do not do anything for my lips. My lips are just as dry with or without using it. Second, I do not like the packaging. Its big and bulky and can not fit into a small like cosmetic bag I also keep in my purse. I prefer stick balms.
