I really enjoy finding that drugstore type product that pulls you in and gets you curious about whether or not it will be the next favourite, inexpensive beauty product to tell everyone about but unfortunately I didn't find this product very moisturizing and im not sure that id want to attempt sliding a frozen ball of balm across my wind chapped lips come winter time.

These lip balms felt too waxy for me. I had bought a 5 pack at a large club members only, warehouse retailer awhile back because it looked enticing and not much out of my pocket for 5 lip balms; while living in one of the coldest, dryest provinces in Canada I had to try these but didn't care for them. On a positive note, the different colours smelled nice and no more curiousity.

My teenaged daughter seemed to use the 4 other lip balms up. Im not sure if it was because they could possibly be seen as a fad at school for the unique round shaped, tough plastic (shatter proof container), fun colour of each encased ball of solid lip balm or if they really were effective in hydrating or soothing dry, chapped lips.

Too expensive for quality

This product I bought in a set of three after I heard about it from many different people and saw it in advertisements. Although this lip balm was extremely soft a moisturizing for my lips the price is too much. I would rather get a different lip balm which does the same thing for a lot less money.

Too scented and non-moisturizing

I appreciated receiving this product complimentary in exchange for my review, however, it really was not a positive experience for me. The scent of this particular lip balm was so strong, it made me a bit nauseous to use. I did try this a handful of times anyway so I could leave a review. The texture of the balm is nice, but i felt as though it did nothing to moisturize. Rather than my lips absorbing it, it felt like it just sat on my lips. It did not last long and I had to reapply every 20-30 minutes. I also was disappointed that my lips started cracking and peeling after using this. I love the packaging and it is easy to apply, but the effectiveness just was a miss for me on this one.

Decent

I have many of the eos products prior to them changing the formula. Most were given to me as gifts or stocking stuffers at christmas time. I've never been obsessed with them by any means. The formula wasn't great. It never really moisturized my lips like a proper chap stick would. It would feel like it works, but then a couple minutes later my lips would be completely dry, as if I never put anything on it at all! After trying out the new formula, I can say that they are working on providing a better lip product. It lasts slightly longer than it had before, making it a little more worth the $4 you're investing in it. It does the job. The mint flavor is very nice too. Smells good when putting it on. The scents/flavors make putting on lip chap more fun. I say give the new formula a shot. It does make a difference in the product.

Le produit hydrate bien les lèvres mais l'arôme de menthe me déplaît! Donne une sensation de fraîcheur intéressante par contre. J'aime bien les produits Eos mais je choisirais une autre arôme.

Improved Formula

While this particular scent is not for me I have to admit the formula of these lip balms from EOS have greatly improved. Most common complaint from myself and others I know is that they dry out your lips. The new, organic formual does not do that.

Left my lips in the cold

Although the minty smell was great, once given some time after application the minty freshness turned to a weird cooling lip sensation. Thought I wouldn't mind it at first but couldn't take the frigid cool lips after a few minutes.

Loved at first, but realized it wasn't all that great

I use to be obsessed with these little spheres, they were cute, tasted good, and new! But as I got older, they start to go bad. Usually lip balms last forever, but these start to lose their moisture and are kind of gross. Even buying a recent one, they aren't like how they used to be I think.

Beau produit esthétiquement mais efficacité à revoir

J'avais beaucoup entendu parlé des produits EOS et j'était particulièrement contente d'avoir la chance d'essayer gratuitement leur nouveau produit.
Le baume est joliment présenté, bien que j'ai toujours trouvé que la forme "boule" ne permet pas d'utiliser le produite jusqu'à la fin. la senteur est agréable, et il est facile à appliquer. sur le coup il fait plus penser à un gloss car il laisse une trace brillante sur les lèvres, mais c'est joli. Par contre je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite par le côté hydratant, quelques heures plus tard on a l,impression que nos lèvres sont encore plus sèches et qu'il faut en remettre. je ne pense pas acheter ce produit dans le futur.

Disappointing

I liked the taste and feel of this lip balm but found my lips were dryer after using it. The new formula for me was less effective then I was hoping. I do suffer from dry skin and lips so I have a hard time finding lip balms that work. I would definitely recommend this product to others it just didn't work for me.
