Great packaging but not really moisturizing~

This product is all about the packaging. The product itself is not really effective for dry lips. I don't think it did anything for my lips when I'm in need of a lip balm.

Nouveau baume à lèvres EOS

J'ai eu le privilège d'être choisie pour essayer le nouveau baume à lèvres biologique menthe douce de EOS. Tout d'abord, j'ai trouvé le contenant du produit très attrayant et le baume à lèvres sent très bon. Le baume est léger, ne laisse pas de couleur sur les lèvres. Il a un petit effet rafraîchissant sur les lèvres grâce à la menthe contenu dans le produit. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas trouvé qu'à long terme il donnait une bonne hydratation à mes lèvres. Je préfère les textures plus riche. En résumé, un bon baume pour les lèvres, mais je ne suis pas certaine qu'il est conçu pour les gens qui ont les lèvres très déshydratées.

Although cute, not very effective.

First off, I want to say that I was very very excited about this product (and its new formula), seeing I have always loved the look of EOS lip balms, but have never found them to be very effective. I was hoping the "new formula" that was being advertised would be better than the ones I used in middle school.

Although they were definitely better than the original ones I remember using, they definitely don't work as well as I had hoped. As opposed to the original formula, which felt very waxy, this lip balm was a lot smoother, and sat on the lips very comfortably. However, it just sat on top of my lips, without really hydrating them.

Unlike the formula of this lip balm, I am a very big fan of the packaging. I love the colour, as well as the shape, and I think they look very cute. Not only that, but its shape makes it super easy the find at the bottom of my handbag.

Overall, I definitely think this product is more gimmicky than anything.

Works well, but too many downsides to make it worthwhile

I received this product free from Chickadvisor to test and review. I also received the Strawberry Sorbet flavor and you can read my review on it as well.

It's comes in a cute little ball shaped sphere. I like that.
It does make my lips smoother, I like that too!
But that's where my like ends.

I'm not a fan of the Sweet Mint flavor in anything so I wasn't impressed by this one.

I don't like the way it goes on. it's hard to apply. You really have to apply pressure to get the lip balm to apply.

It has a waxy texture & scent similar to that of a crayon. Ewww.

Then there's the price. I can buy a much better product for way less. For that matter, I would even prefer to spend more money at The Body Sop for their Lip Balms that have a much more pleasant scent and flavor.

All in all, would not recommend and will not purchase.

Ce n'est pas un mauvais produit mais...

J'ai reçu ce lip balm dans le cadre de mon travail par un représentant d'une compagnie qui en avait en cadeau. Je l'ai essayé immédiatement. L'effet froid de la menthe se fait ressentir dès le premier contact avec les lèvres. Le produit sent très bon et est très rafraîchissant. Il n'y a pas de sensation graisseuse sur les lèvres après en avoir appliquer. Toutefois, pour les gens qui souffre de lèvres sèches sévères, je ne crois pas que ce produit soit miraculeux pour eux puisqu'il semble donner qu'un hydratation moindre. Ce balm pourrait être plus approprié pour les gens qui ont a peine besoin d'une touche d'hydratation. À noter que c'est balm viennent en plusieurs odeurs et couleurs.

J'ai longtemps utilisé les baumes à lèvres Eos parce que c'était la tendance il y a quelques années. Mais je remarquais que mes lèvres n'étaient tout simplement pas hydratées. L'odeur est délicieuse, le baume semble hydrater quand on l'applique, mais j'ai fini par me rendre compte qu'il n'hydratait pas du tout mes lèvres. C'est lorsque j'ai essayé un autre baume à lèvres que j'ai compris que les Eos ne faisaient absolument rien d'autre qu'assécher mes lèvres. Bien contente d'avoir cessé de les utiliser!

eos lip balms are not moisturizing enough for my chapped lips. I do however love the unique shape it is easy to apply. The sweet mint flavor is not over powering and gives your lips a cooling and tingling sensation. The packaging is only ideal for a purse or car or anywhere but your pocket.

EOS has had such huge hype that I was really expecting something extra special. To be honest I really only found this product to be average. Perhaps I'd bought into the hype too much so my expectations were too high, but I really didn't find that this balm was any different from other products that are less expensive. I also found the flavour a tad too sweet for me. Overall I personally wouldn't purchase this particular product again, but I didn't find anything particularly bad about it, I just felt it was average.

Je suis désolée mais tout ce que j'ai aimé de ce lipsyl est sa forme toute mignonne.
Le goût de menthe était correct, mais je trouve l'application difficile et l'effet graisseux désagréable. Je ne comprends pas que tout le monde raffole de cette marque, cela fait deux sortes que je me procure et ils m'ont déplu tous les deux!

Je suis une fan de baume à lèvres, jen ai toujours sur moi surtout l'hiver mais malheureusement ce baume à la menthe de EOS ma grandement déçus. La saveur est correct mais le produit n'hydrate pas mes levres meme qu'il les dessèche ! Je vais peu etre essayer dautre saveur, j'aime beaucoup l'applicateur pratique et mignon.
