The price of the dip mix isn't bad, its the price of the cream cheese, sour cream and the cheddar that get mixed into it.. but it is to die for! Great with tortilla chips (esp the multigrain) and also good with bread, chips, and anything else handy. I did cut back 1/2 tbsp. per batch as I found it tastes too much like taco meat if you over do it. But one friend chunks her cheddar instead of grating it, so little bits of cheese are found through out. Very versatile to how you want it to turn out, and easy to adjust if it needs to be. Can be reheated over and over as well without issues until it is finished up :)
