The epicure smoky bacon topper is my new fave in the kitchen. The bacon is made from soy and you can't even tell(boyfriend tested of course!). I add in alfredo pasta, potato salads, dips,BLT sandwhiches and there are no limits to using this Epicure topper! By the way it's in no way similar to the cheap plastic tasting bacon bits you buy at the grocery store. I recommend this to everyone that want a healthy version of bacon without a fake taste.
