My son's usual brand

They have been our vitamin for our son for a few year's and I will buy them till he no longer needs kids vitamins and the value for this product is excellent

I found these Children Multi Vitamins several yrs. ago after figuring out that my body looses iron pretty fast. I was complaining to a former girlfriend that I couldn't figure out what was making me feel so sluggish,tired, & worn out most of the time. She suggested that I should add Iron to my diet or take Iron tablets. Well I had some Iron tablets that I had to take after a hip replacement. I tool them for a few days and quit because the iron was making it very "Hard" (pun intended) to have a BM. Well I went through this cycle of taking some, have issues, then quit for a few days & repeat. Then it came to me to take a multi vitamin with Iron in it. I was already taking B12, E, Calcium, Zinc so why not take a Multi. I looked at all the Major name brands but no Iron. I picked up a bottle of these children multi's and viola 18mg of iron. I take them daily,with a meal, and haven't had any more tired & sluggish days!!!
