I bought this multivitamin because I needed some specific vitamin levels higher than is available in the general women's multivitamin. The pills are smaller than they were a few years ago, and I'm quite happy with them. I get the amounts that I need, and they are easy to swallow. They are a good price and a lot come in each bottle.
