A great value for omega supplements.

Omegas are a wonderful supplement with so many health benefits. It keeps your heart and brain healthy and so much more. I started out taking three a day like it says on the bottle but soon afterwards cut it down to one or two daily. They are fairly big but because they are soft gels it make them easier to swallow.

I have e noticed since I have been taking them the joint pain I would sometimes get in my hands disappeared and my fingernails were stronger. I have to say I am very happy with these supplements and the price is even better than other brands I have tried in the past.

These are an effective fish oil supplement. They don't taste fishy or cause fishy burp up after. They are a bit of a large pill which isn't good for younger people or those who have weaker gag reflexes. I would probably buy them again but they're just not great.
