Good but Not Great

I like this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and is jet black. It doesn’t smudge and washes off easily at the end of the day. My only issue with it is that I have to put the cap back on and shake it between eyes or else it will run out before both wings are done. This is annoying but not a deal breaker. For the price it is definitely worth a try.
