Wow Effect 10/10

Wicked stuff. I am constantly buying the peach colored stuff on the end because i use it under my eye when I wear eye shadow and eyeliner as it makes my eyes appear bigger. This stuff doesn't twist up and it doesn't sharper so what you see there is what you get. For the price it lasts for a while if you aren't using it everyday ..
Also when I use this stuff I take a blender and blend it out a bit under by eye so it doesn't look caked on and it always looks wonderful and my eyes always pop!

stays put for a twelve hour shift

For the price, I find this eyeliner works exceptionally well. The cost is around three to four dollars. If you like to have a nice thin line, you will need to sharpen this eye pencil with each application. I purchased the Essence eye pencil sharpener to use for this brand to make it a breeze to sharpen. These brand of eye pencils stay put for a very long time, from early morning, till you are ready to remove at bedtime. I only wish that there was more of a color selection as currently I think there are only six color choices.

Too soft

I actually really loved this eyeliner when i started using it. I use it for my water line and it has such an intense colour with just one application, and it is truely long lasting. I started experiencing problems when i tried to sharpen it.. the liner breaks off and jams my sharpener because it is way too soft.its basically unusable now. If they could over come this problem or prehaps make it come in a twistable pencil i would give it five stars
