My favorite eye liner! It's so cheap, but amazing! It goes on perfectly, and stays perfect all day. Perfect foam brush design for precision cat eye look. I totally recommended this to everyone I see..even strangers! The price is so low, but it amazing product!

Best eyeliner from the drug store. Can be purchased for under $4. Small and compact. A long lasting eyeliner that does not budge. Waterproof claim holds true. Gives you a dark, matte black line. Very pigmented. The tip of the eyeliner is more rounded, flexible and soft but works well to provide a nice line and wing with a steady hand.

For the price of it, it is amazing. The brush has a really fine point which makes it easier for me to make the winged-eye look. It is a great product, however, I wouldn't recommend it for long time use (Nothing more than 5 hours before you need to reapply for sure). If in long-time use, it begins to fade to a dull black. You may notice little black specks under the eye and your upper cheek bone.

This eyeliner is fantastice for the price I paid! It was dirt cheap compared to the other brands and the tube isn't much smaller than the competition's. It lasts, my goodness does this product last! Yes, it's waterproof formula is effective, the brush is great and it's applied with ease and it's perfect if you love the drama of a cat eye. Very happy I decided to try out this brand for those on a budget
