For $5, you can't go wrong with Essence "Stays No Matter What" 24 hour volume mascara. A daily essential, and the least clumping of any mascara I've owned for a lower price than I've found in any other brands. No smudging, and only comes off with makeup remover. Everything you want and need in a classic black mascara.

The price is definitely great. As a drugstore product, its pretty inexpensive. Its waterproof and it doesn't come off when I'm swimming so thats great . The only problem is it dries up pretty quickly and I dont pump my wand but what can you do right.
