Great value with a few hitches

This liquid highlighter does the job on a budget, it’s the first liquid highlighter I’ve gotten, and I’m thinking that I may stick with it. It’s only a few dollars at the drug store, and definitely has some glow to it! My only reservation is that a LOT of it comes out at once, so you have to be delicate with how much you put on, but it may just be mine. I LOVE it!!
