Hands-down my favourite brand of polish. Their metallics are gorgeous (Good As Gold = love!) and pastels are to die for. I love that most colours are good to go with a maximum of 2 coats.

I usually like Essie polishes but I do find their effectiveness hit and miss. Some of them look good after 2 coates but others just don't look good even with 4 coates.

Essie products are overrated! I hate how this nail polish goes on.. & the price you pay, you'd think the quality would be amazing.

I bought and paid over $9.00 for this particular Essie Nail Polish as I liked the colour. It went on not too bad but boy does it chip. I put it on Saturday did my topcoat the whole nine yards. By Sunday mid-afternoon they were all chipped. I am not hard on my nails. I wear gloves when washing dishes and completing housework. I will admit trying other Essie nail polishes and they too are coming up short.

This nail polish works wonders and it comes in so many amazing and pretty colours. It is almost over whelming how many different colours it comes in. It's exciting to try new ones every few weeks. It lasts a long time and is very strong.

I have a few Essie polishes and the quality is very inconsistent. The luxe effects (glitters, etc) are great, but the coloured polishes are among the worst quality I've seen, despite the high price. Very thick yet streaky, a very strong odor, and some dry to a semi-matte finish, even when they aren't advertised to being matte. They have an awesome selection of colours though.

Essie is not my favourite, but I do have some shades in my collection that I love especially from the Luxeffects line. Other than that, I much prefer the formula and smooth application from other brands that I don't always find with Essie. It's often difficult to work with, and not worth the price tag.

As a certified nail technician i have to admit that Essie isn't my favorite brand. I have about a dozen different colors and I don't really like the way it goes on the nails, many times the color from the bottle doesn't actually apply that color on you nail and it takes a really long time to dry even with a fast drying top coat. I've tried my Essie nail polish's with tons of different base coats, and top coats but the manicure doesn't last as long as other nail polish brands. Overall I feel that there are better brands of nail polishes out there. However i must admit that they have great, original colors, its just to bad that its doesn't come out that color on the nails.

I have a few of these nail polishes and the colour are really unique, they are not at all streaky and the polish had lasted me almost 2 weeks without chipping and without topcoat!

For the price, you would expect this to be as good as OPI or somewhat similar in quality. But, it's definitely not! It flakes, forms bubbles, and doesn't last long at all! 2-3 days is the longest it's ever lasted on my nails. I hate essie's products because it's overpriced and not good whatsoever
