quick dry to a hard shine

Love this as a drug store alternative to indie brand fast dry top coats. This dries in under a minute and sets in about 15. I didnt realize there was a difference in top coat and quick dry top coat until I bought this on sale. Now I know why my manicures were smudging even hours after putting on top coat- it was quick dry.
