This color is amazing! Essie's webpage describes it as a cobalt aqua and its from their Summer 2014 collection.
Its probably one of my favorite blue polishes to date. Its super shiny when it dries and is completely opaque after 2 coats. The lasting time is amazing also, its been 5 days and it still hasnt chipped!
I grabbed it on sale at london drugs. They always seem to have Essie on sale for even cheaper then Walmart.
