Skin Balancing Perfecting Toner/Refiner

I love this multi action toner.
It hydrates, tones and refines skin, perfecting before serums, moisturizers and make up.
Its a must have for use after every wash to clean off any excess residue and remove dry flakes that can annoyingly ruin a perfect application of foundation or powders.
I have combination skin and am in my 40's and I think its perfect for my fair skin that can easily go from combination to ultra dry. This product balances out my skin, mattifying it and correcting the balance so everyday my skin gets healthier and more stunning.

I love how gentle this product is, you don't even get that alcohol like smell when using it. It is very soft, yet effective. This is the perfect product to get bright and healthy skin.
